About this website

This website provides information about our guaranteed rent service for landlords and lets you make an enquiry. It is provided for general information and does not form part of any contract between us.

Indicative figures are not an offer

Any figure produced by the rent calculator on this site is indicative only. It is an estimate to help you understand what a guaranteed rent arrangement might look like, and it is not a quote, a valuation, or an offer. A formal figure and the terms we can offer follow a proper assessment of your property and are confirmed in a separate written agreement.

Guaranteed rent

Where we agree to a guaranteed rent arrangement, the rent, the term, and the responsibilities of each party are set out in that written agreement. Nothing on this website varies or overrides the terms of any agreement you enter into with us.

Acceptable use

You agree to use this site lawfully and not to misuse it, including by submitting false information, attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, or using automated means to submit the forms.

Intellectual property
